Ray Krummen joins Straec as the Executive Vice President, in charge of strategic alliances and capital formation. He also serves as the Chairman of Straec's Board of Directors.

Previously, Mr. Krummen was the President/CEO of Innovion Corporation, a venture capital backed semiconductor outsource business. Mr. Krummen was hired by BankAmerica Venture Capital to turn the business around. The Company's revenues grew at a 50% compound rate for the last five years. The business plan calls for an IPO in 2004. During that tenure, Ray successfully completed four rounds of financing and acquired a major competitor in that space.

In 1985, Mr. Krummen founded Vector Technical Group, Inc. and served as President and CEO until 1995. Vector was an inventor and manufacturer of “point of use” environmental control products used in the semiconductor wafer fab. In 1995, Mr. Krummen orchestrated the merger of Vector with ATMI, Inc., a leader in CVD based semiconductor equipment and materials. After the merger, Mr. Krummen served as President and CEO of the newly formed EcoSys division of ATMI until 1997. During this time, EcoSys became the world’s leading supplier of semiconductor environmental control equipment.

Prior to founding Vector, he was the VP of Sales and Marketing of Crysteco, a silicon wafer manufacturer from 1978 to 1985 and before that Director of Western Sales for Wacker Siltronic.

Mr. Krummen holds a BSME degree from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
